We check carefully for every process and have more strict inspection during and after production, before packing.
Labels has to be straight; sticthing has to be neat and clean; handles, shoulder straps and other stress in position all need reinforcement; castings and metals couldn't have scraches or paint-shedding.
If customer find quality issue, pls take photos or vedio and send us, we will return you the value or make compensation according to the defective qty.
